Leads organizational change strategy and adoption for enterprise technology transformations, including ERP and SaaS rollouts. Advises executive sponsors, manages stakeholder and readiness assessments, oversees communications and training strategies, coaches change managers, and tracks adoption and proficiency. The role also integrates AI workflows into change management and coordinates internal teams, clients, suppliers, customers, and implementation partners.

Lead organizational change for enterprise technology and product rollouts from planning through post-go-live adoption. Responsibilities include change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, sponsor and manager coaching, communications, training needs analysis, role-based training, champion and super-user networks, resistance management, and adoption measurement. The role supports internal teams, suppliers, customers, and implementation partners while coordinating with project managers to deliver successful technology adoption.

Build and operate DataMap’s AI-assisted marketing engine across content, copywriting, SEO, website updates, lead generation, email, advertising, social media, PR, events, internal communications, research, and analytics. Responsibilities include creating automated workflows, reviewing and editing AI-generated content, producing creative assets, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and routing work for leadership approval. The internship is full-time, on-site, and requires enrollment in a marketing course.
