Serve as the primary client liaison for database marketing programs, coordinating requirements with programming and analytics teams. Manage daily client communications, lead meetings, QC deliverables, document requirements and results, prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support billing and reporting. Provide subject-matter guidance on client business processes and campaign rules.

Monitor and QC ETL and DWH processes, run and automate existing scripts and reports, generate and review client reports, update and maintain Wiki documentation, assist with minor report enhancements, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

The Programmer Analyst role focuses on monitoring processes, executing reports, performing data quality checks, and assisting with report modifications. Responsibilities include automating code, understanding client data inputs, and ensuring documentation is updated for efficiency.
