Entry-level production programming role supporting marketing technology processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and executing ETL, reporting, campaign, and data warehouse processes; reviewing QC reports; identifying data quality issues; generating client reports; documenting procedures; managing file transfers; and troubleshooting or automating production tasks after training. Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, willingness to learn SQL, familiarity with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Provide desktop and systems support for Windows 11/Servers, VOIP, and endpoints; troubleshoot applications/OSes; perform remote support, deployments, patching, monitoring, asset management, documentation, on-call rotation, and maintain processes in audited environments.

Build and maintain predictive models throughout their lifecycle, identify data patterns and business insights, develop analytic procedures and automation, perform complex ad hoc analyses, monitor model recalibration, and review model scoring and data transformation quality controls.
