Mentor engineers through technical leadership and code review while working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own end-to-end product and platform initiatives, shaping architecture, implementation, release, measurement, and iteration. Build scalable, reliable, observable services, including LLM-powered systems, while maintaining high standards for testing and code quality. Use metrics and user feedback to guide decisions, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership. Work autonomously on ambiguous greenfield and existing-system challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
