Own platform uptime, SLAs, SLOs, observability, high-availability deployments, containerization, and CI/CD. Optimize Python applications, troubleshoot production systems to the OS level, lead incident response and post-incident reviews, and establish reliability practices across engineering. The role also involves on-call support, performance profiling, capacity planning, and independently delivering reliability projects.

Owns billing-related customer support, including invoice questions, payment issues, disputes, renewals, and dunning communications. Maintains enterprise subscriptions and billing details in Stripe, investigates usage discrepancies through internal dashboards, coordinates with Sales and Finance, completes vendor onboarding, and processes company vendor invoices. The role also improves billing documentation and helps ensure accurate, complete customer invoicing.
