Requires expertise in laboratory information systems, instrument interfacing, networking, servers, virtualization, and related technologies. The role includes up to 20% travel to customer sites and participation in industry events.

Provides entry-level technical support for software products and instrument interfaces, handling customer calls, troubleshooting issues, documenting resolutions, escalating complex cases, and maintaining support documentation. The role manages multiple cases, supports process improvements, participates in rotating after-hours coverage, and routes incoming calls. Candidates need strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and technical language skills. Exposure to laboratory information system software is preferred.
