Manage contracted services and crews of 4–8 workers on an active construction site. Establish production goals, coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and the home office, assist with daily work, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain daily and weekly reports. The role may also perform superintendent or technician duties and requires blueprint reading, OSHA training, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Manage execution of contracted services on large active construction sites. Supervise crews (4–8), set daily production goals, perform manager/superintendent/technician duties as needed, interface with general contractors, trades, and vendors, lead toolbox talks, produce daily/weekly reports, and handle site logistics. Must be physically capable, travel as needed, and ensure safety and compliance.

Hunter-led consultative sales role to create net-new business for installation services. Identify and close new logos, develop tailored installation solutions, build contractor and owner relationships, manage pipeline and CRM, collaborate with estimating and operations, and achieve revenue and margin targets across mission-critical, commercial, industrial, and life sciences markets.
