Coordinates nationwide field service scheduling, dispatch, customer communications, work orders, technician assignments, service updates, emergency requests, and follow-up. The role collaborates with operations, sales, project management, and field leadership to ensure timely service delivery, maintain accurate records, resolve scheduling conflicts, support customer needs, and identify additional service opportunities. It also contributes to reporting, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads pre-commissioning operations across a geographic territory, overseeing concurrent data center projects and managing 5–8 Project Managers. Owns safety, quality, schedule, customer relationships, resource allocation, forecasting, revenue, margins, and project recovery. Develops operational leaders, establishes consistent project controls, supports strategic customers and general contractors, and drives profitable growth through extensive field travel and executive stakeholder communication.

Generates new business opportunities by researching and sourcing leads, conducting cold outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales handoffs. The role communicates Promera’s critical cleaning services value proposition, collaborates with sales leadership and account managers, and meets lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
