Teams at Data Clean Corporation

Supervises crews of up to 15 technicians at technical and construction job sites. Performs and oversees vacuuming, cleaning, and chemical treatment of physical surfaces; ensures safe, compliant work practices; transports crews, materials, and equipment; coordinates with operations, sales, and customers; resolves job issues; manages technician performance and training; completes documentation; and supports branch operations.

Leads corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP process improvements. Partners with executives and business functions to support decision-making, acquisitions, integrations, and growth. Manages banking relationships and financial obligations while building and developing a high-performing accounting team.

Coordinates nationwide field service scheduling, dispatch, customer communications, work orders, technician assignments, service updates, emergency requests, and follow-up. The role collaborates with operations, sales, project management, and field leadership to ensure timely service delivery, maintain accurate records, resolve scheduling conflicts, support customer needs, and identify additional service opportunities. It also contributes to reporting, quality compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
