Manage contracted services and crews of 4–8 workers on an active construction site. Establish production goals, coordinate with general contractors, trades, vendors, and the home office, assist with daily work, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain daily and weekly reports. The role may also perform superintendent or technician duties and requires blueprint reading, OSHA training, physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Serve as the technical bridge between sales and operations for mission-critical environments. Perform customer discovery and site assessments, develop customized solutions and scopes of work, lead technical proposal and RFP responses, support pricing/estimating, and create customer-facing technical materials. Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure executable, profitable solutions, and represent Promera as a subject-matter expert at customer events and industry forums.

Manage execution of contracted services on large active construction sites. Supervise crews (4–8), set daily production goals, perform manager/superintendent/technician duties as needed, interface with general contractors, trades, and vendors, lead toolbox talks, produce daily/weekly reports, and handle site logistics. Must be physically capable, travel as needed, and ensure safety and compliance.
