Serve as primary client contact, forecast revenue in CRM, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate scope/pricing, mentor junior staff, and represent the company at meetings and trade shows.

Lead brand identity, content strategy, influencer and social programs to drive organic audience growth and consistent brand voice. Build editorial roadmaps, measure content and influencer KPIs, manage agencies/contractors, and align brand efforts with demand generation, product marketing, and PR.

Lead Revenue Operations to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience through forecasting, pipeline modeling, CRM governance (Salesforce), AI-enabled automation, and global team leadership to drive predictable, scalable revenue.
