Assesses client credit risk, approves terms, limits, and orders, and resolves collection issues. Maintains customer account records, portal accounts, invoice submissions, prepaid backlogs, and credit card processing. Analyzes payment trends, identifies risks, communicates with stakeholders, protects confidential financial information, and improves credit processes, reporting, and automation. Requires advanced Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and high-volume email management.

Manage L2 production incidents across AWS and on-prem, perform RCA, drive permanent fixes, automate repetitive tasks with scripting, improve monitoring and observability, maintain runbooks, support Linux/Windows servers, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to improve uptime and reduce MTTR.

Design, implement, test, and maintain application components and web services. Work with product and design teams to translate requirements, perform code reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and support testers. Follow department standards, remain current on emerging technologies, and perform other duties as assigned.
