The Senior Software Engineer designs, codes, and tests software features, provides technical leadership, analyzes systems, and performs code reviews while maintaining business applications.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and specs for web-based SaaS products. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to deliver product roadmaps. Conduct customer and market analysis, drive go-to-market and product marketing, mentor Product Owners, oversee Agile/Scrum delivery, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

Six-month internship offering exposure to Administration & Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and Project Management. Interns will support onboarding, candidate screening, finance reconciliations and reporting, office administration, and project tracking using common productivity and PM tools, with mentorship and potential consideration for full-time roles.
