Lead the planning and execution of conferences, hosted dinners, executive gatherings, customer events, and branded activations. Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, production plans, guest journeys, onsite logistics, staffing, and post-event follow-up. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, executives, customers, and external vendors to deliver polished, commercially effective experiences across Canada, the UK, and the U.S. Build scalable event systems, templates, checklists, and playbooks.

Coordinate daily accounting and finance operations, including client invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor payments, subscriptions, expense tracking, payroll coordination, budget and cash flow monitoring, reconciliations, and month-end close support. The role also assists with tax documentation, reporting, internal controls, and workflow improvements while collaborating with finance leadership, accountants, clients, and internal teams.
