Supports marketing revenue operations by optimizing GTM workflows, lead routing, lead scoring, account segmentation, campaign launches, and cross-functional processes. Analyzes leads, campaigns, and deal data; builds dashboards and reports; monitors data quality; ensures compliance; and provides performance insights to improve conversion rates, lifecycle metrics, and marketing-sales alignment. The role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and other GTM teams in a SaaS environment.

Lead end-to-end accounting and financial operations for Dashlane’s French entity in Paris. Responsibilities include month-end close, French statutory accounting, audits, VAT and tax filings, CIR preparation, payroll oversight, ASC 606 revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and ERP compliance. The role partners with global finance teams, manages external vendors, mentors a Staff Accountant, and improves accounting workflows through automation and AI-assisted tools.

Lead US people operations and global HR initiatives, including onboarding, benefits reviews, employee support, HR metrics, systems administration, compliance, and workflow automation. The role manages foundational HR logistics, partners with global People teams, improves employee experiences, and uses AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to streamline processes while protecting sensitive data. It also supports culture-building, training programs, and employee engagement across Dashlane’s international workforce.
