Manage the complete employee device and access lifecycle, including account provisioning, offboarding, hardware logistics, MDM enrollment, endpoint security, audit-ready records, vendor relationships, and invoice auditing. Provide responsive IT support across time zones while maintaining accurate access, license, and device records. Partner with Security and People Operations to enforce compliance and build scalable IT processes.

Build and scale Dash0’s hyperscaler marketplace and cloud-native consultancy partnership programs. Manage AWS, GCP, and Azure relationships, develop co-sell motions, create SI incentives and enablement, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced ARR, and provide partner intelligence to product, pricing, and positioning teams. The role is based remotely in Amsterdam or London and focuses on establishing repeatable partner revenue channels.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for observability products. Own competitive intelligence, launch execution, enablement materials, and product marketing KPIs while working closely with product and developer-relations teams.
