Build and maintain Python-based AI applications, FastAPI microservices, REST APIs, and data-processing pipelines. Develop prompt-engineering workflows, integrate databases, and implement reliable validation, error handling, retries, and scalable asynchronous architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders on production solutions, AI proof-of-concepts, and rapid prototypes while optimizing performance, reliability, and cost. Own API contracts, service quality, documentation, and end-to-end delivery across multiple AI initiatives.

Own new business development and commercial account growth across U.S. State, Local, and Education clients. Responsibilities include researching prospects, conducting daily outbound outreach, qualifying RFP/RFI opportunities, booking meetings, managing CRM activity, handling renewals and extensions, expanding existing accounts, and coordinating with delivery and leadership teams. The role requires familiarity with U.S. SLED procurement, staffing or IT services sales, VMS/MSP environments, and strong American English communication.

Sources, screens, and recruits IT professionals for US government, state, and commercial clients. Manages contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements; evaluates technical qualifications, visa and work eligibility, and compliance requirements. Uses ATS, VMS/MSP platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean sourcing. Coordinates interviews, references, negotiations, onboarding, documentation, and candidate relationships while maintaining pipelines and providing market insights.
