Leads day-to-day operations of a residential build-to-rent community, including leasing, property tours, resident relations, events, service requests, vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and compliance. The role is accountable for occupancy, leasing performance, resident satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and maintaining amenities and shared spaces. Weekend availability is required.

Leads operational compliance across residential property management, including leasing, resident services, housing voucher programs, maintenance, notices, evictions, inspections, and local requirements. Establishes monitoring and testing programs, identifies systemic risks, conducts root-cause analysis, and implements corrective controls. Partners with legal, compliance, operations, product, and technology teams on escalations, audits, investigations, remediation, reporting, and training.
