Supports division-wide accounting operations, including cash receipts, bank communication, general ledger activity, month-end close, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, rebilling, taxes, fixed assets, and expense analysis. Prepares SOX control documentation and supports internal and external audits. Requires accounting knowledge, analytical and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional travel. CPA, MBA, and JDE or ERP experience are preferred.

Manages divisional general accounting, general ledger activities, accruals, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, account analysis, SOX controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and payments. Serves as a JDE general ledger super user and coordinates with tax, corporate, and divisional teams. Requires occasional travel and adherence to food safety procedures.

Manages and grows North American customer accounts and prospects, overseeing $20–30 million in sales revenue with a target of $30–40 million. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting and demonstrating products, closing deals, launching new products, expanding customer relationships, supporting tradeshows, and maintaining expertise in CRM and internal sales processes while partnering with Supply Chain.
