Teams at Darktrace

Provides technical support for Darktrace customers by resolving portal requests, explaining platform features, troubleshooting deployments, and coordinating issues with software development teams. Supports customer-facing teams with deployment expertise and participates in weekend on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn cybersecurity technologies.

Lead Darktrace’s SEO and AEO strategy to improve organic discoverability across search engines and AI-powered answer platforms. Develop content roadmaps, conduct keyword and opportunity analysis, optimize and refresh content, support technical SEO, monitor performance, and connect organic activity to demand generation. Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, Web, Analytics, and external agencies while guiding writers and stakeholders on SEO and AEO best practices.

Develop and prototype innovative cybersecurity product features, improve existing platforms for speed and scale, and contribute to systems defending against unknown cyberattacks. The role requires production-quality programming, statistical analysis, Docker and containerization experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. It is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week in the Cambridge office.
