Provides front-of-house reception support in Darktrace’s London office. Greets visitors, handles calls, maintains reception standards, distributes post and deliveries, manages visitor access, orders supplies, tracks inventory, and supports vendors, expenses, and employee events. The role also provides direct support to the Cambridge office and requires occasional travel. Candidates should be professional, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable using office equipment and systems.

QA Engineer on the Release Engineering team responsible for diagnosing software issues, supporting product stability, coordinating between Support and Development, and developing or automating systems and services. The role requires Linux and Unix troubleshooting, networking knowledge, scripting with Python or Bash, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration. It is hybrid, with two mandatory days per week in the Cambridge office.

Leads product launch and go-to-market programs from planning through post-launch analysis. Coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains timelines and readiness plans, manages risks and dependencies, develops reporting dashboards, and drives process improvement. Supports strategic product marketing initiatives, annual planning, executive communications, governance, metrics tracking, and continuous optimization across Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Operations.
