Configure, optimize, and support Workday HCM, primarily Workday Recruiting. Translate HR business requirements into system solutions, manage releases and testing, resolve incidents, maintain data quality and security controls, improve processes, support reporting and integrations, and partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and effective platform use.

Own technical customer success for enterprise cybersecurity accounts by driving platform adoption, technical value realization, customer health, renewal readiness, and expansion. Build relationships with security and IT stakeholders, create success plans, identify adoption gaps and technical risks, guide deployment-to-use transitions, lead mitigation planning, and provide technical insights for QBRs and account strategies. Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, services, support, and renewals while advocating for customer feedback.

Own Darktrace’s content strategy, editorial roadmap, and brand voice while creating long-form, short-form, and multimedia content for technical and executive audiences. Translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling narratives that support thought leadership, campaigns, demand generation, and sales enablement. Collaborate with Product Marketing, campaigns, design, analytics, SEO, and subject matter experts. Use AI tools to improve content workflows and manage external writers or agencies as needed.
