Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for hardware NPI and volume production. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to source components, manage vendors, mitigate supply risk, drive supplier selection and negotiations, and ensure material readiness, on-time delivery, and cost/quality targets through NPI to volume production.

Manage supplier onboarding, procure-to-pay execution, purchase order and invoice processing, supplier performance and NDAA/country-of-origin compliance, forecasting support, and procurement KPIs using ERP and analytics while coordinating with Finance, Legal, Quality, and Program teams.

Lead electrical design and productization of complex HDI PCBs, compute modules, RF/camera systems, and motor controllers. Perform PDN, SI, and EMI analysis; manage full lifecycle from schematic to production; integrate with mechanical, firmware, and CM partners; author documentation and validation plans; support hardware bring-up, production test fixtures, and customer integrations.
