Lead strategic implementation of classified network and systems architectures, including CWAN, SIPRNet VDI, Cross Domain Solutions, and the Classified Infrastructure as a Service pilot. Oversee network architecture, ATO and RMF accreditation, Type-1 encryption, vendor accountability, stakeholder integration, and rapid site onboarding. Guide the transition to a commercial fee-for-service model while ensuring Zero Data Footprint compliance and secure classified cloud and hosting capabilities.

Provides Tier 2 operational support for AWS cloud environments by resolving escalated tickets, monitoring system health, managing incidents, checking backups and capacity, executing approved changes, and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation. Coordinates with Tier 1 support, Tier 3 cloud engineers, and security personnel while troubleshooting Linux or Windows systems and basic cloud networking issues.

Maintain, secure, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Perform Tier 3 support, patching, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, hardened image management, and POA&M updates. Automate system administration and onboarding tasks, and build GitLab CI/CD pipelines for patching and configuration management. Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate updates while preserving service reliability and security.
