Design, build, and optimize high-throughput data pipelines and infrastructure for Defense Health. Develop RESTful APIs and cloud data solutions (AWS), apply DevSecOps and TDD, use Python, Trino, Spark, dbt, and Rancher Kubernetes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, production-grade analytics services.

Lead installation, configuration, operation, and sustainment of AOC Command & Control applications and VM systems. Design system architecture, data models, and interfaces; provision and secure AWS cloud resources; develop automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell); support containerized Kubernetes deployments; implement CI/CD and automated testing; and produce technical documentation.

Lead development, revision, and maintenance of enterprise- and government-level cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with federal frameworks (NIST, FISMA, DoD, CMMC), perform gap analyses, collaborate with SMEs and legal teams, maintain document control, support ATO and audit processes, and recommend policy updates to strengthen security posture.
