Provides Tier 2 operational support for AWS cloud environments by resolving escalated tickets, monitoring system health, managing incidents, checking backups and capacity, executing approved changes, and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge-base documentation. Coordinates with Tier 1 support, Tier 3 cloud engineers, and security personnel while troubleshooting Linux or Windows systems and basic cloud networking issues.

Maintain, secure, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Perform Tier 3 support, patching, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, hardened image management, and POA&M updates. Automate system administration and onboarding tasks, and build GitLab CI/CD pipelines for patching and configuration management.
