Leads the organization’s human resources function, including labor and employee relations, union contract administration, payroll, benefits, compliance, recruitment, training, HRIS management, workforce communications, and policy administration. Advises leadership, manages investigations and grievances, supports collective bargaining, oversees HR staff and vendors, ensures employment-law compliance, and fosters a stable, trusted workplace.
