Sells new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, quoting prices, arranging financing and delivery, completing paperwork, and following up with prospects. Provides professional customer service in person and virtually, maintains product knowledge, uses digital retailing and video tools, meets sales objectives, and follows dealership policies and training requirements.

Leads the used vehicle facility and sales team, supports customer relationships and deal closing, manages inventory, appraisals, revenue tracking, vehicle repairs, budgets, forecasts, and sponsored programs. Partners with vendors and service departments, trains sales staff, monitors inventory turnover, and assists the new car sales department. Requires automotive industry experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful pre-employment screening.
