Own relationships, implementations, renewals, and expansions for enterprise manufacturing accounts. Map customer workflows, configure deployments, lead onboarding and strategy sessions, demonstrate product value to executives, identify growth opportunities, and manage annual deal cycles. The role requires strong commercial, analytical, technical, organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills, familiarity with AI tools, and onsite work in New York City with up to 50% travel.

Own go-to-market strategy and conversion for enterprise customers, including sales motions, pricing, customer profiles, trials, and deployment expansion. Use customer research and market analysis to inform product direction, packaging, pricing, and market entry across industries. Build scalable processes, documentation, and tooling for go-to-market, customer success, and product teams. Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical startup environment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close. Deliver tailored product demonstrations, manage platform trials, define success criteria, and drive conversions. Build relationships across R&D, regulatory, legal, compliance, and procurement stakeholders at large enterprises. Partner with Solutions Engineering, manage complex evaluations, and help refine the company’s sales playbook, qualification process, and go-to-market motion.
