The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients in the UK & Ireland, focusing on relationship building, account growth, and stakeholder engagement to ensure client satisfaction and commercial success.

Provide tier 1/2 support to local and remote users; manage M365/Entra AD, Linux systems, VMware hosts, networking, storage and Zscaler; handle onboarding/offboarding, patching, automation with PowerShell, documentation, and coordinate with global IT teams.
