The HR Operations & Systems Specialist manages global HRIS, supports U.S. HR operations, ensures compliance, and enhances employee experience through system management and operational support.

Support reconciliation and validation of historical contract and ARR data against original agreements. Verify ACV/TCV, contract terms, pricing structure, products, and dates; confirm client industry classification in HubSpot; track renewals and amendments; improve data quality for billing, revenue, reporting, and backfill processes; and help establish consistent contract data-management processes with stakeholders.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll support IT infrastructure, provide technical support, administer Linux systems, and enhance M365 services for users globally.
