Designs and maintains automated API, UI, integration, performance, regression, and end-to-end tests for a cloud-native identity and authentication SaaS platform. The role validates distributed systems, microservices, workflows, authentication, data integrity, and deployment environments. It includes CI/CD integration, test diagnostics, performance testing, AI-assisted test development, release quality gates, incident support, and collaboration with engineering, DevOps, architecture, and service delivery teams.

Provide tier 1/2 support to local and remote users; manage M365/Entra AD, Linux systems, VMware hosts, networking, storage and Zscaler; handle onboarding/offboarding, patching, automation with PowerShell, documentation, and coordinate with global IT teams.

The Product Support Engineer provides tier-1 and tier-2 support, triages incidents, collaborates with engineering teams, maintains documentation, and assists with internal tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
