Manages project and line-of-business costs, estimates, forecasts, purchase orders, SAP project structures, and cost-related reporting. Identifies financial risks, analyzes large datasets, coordinates with project teams, maintains schedules and plans, and supports the requisition-to-pay process. The role requires strong SAP and Excel expertise, organizational skills, communication abilities, and experience managing multiple large projects in the oil and fabrication industry.

Maintains project and company documentation through document logging, revision control, approval tracking, distribution, filing, retention, and archival processes. Prepares transmittals, submittals, turnover packages, quality dossiers, and closeout documentation while supporting audits and QMS compliance. Coordinates document requirements with engineering, quality, procurement, construction, and project management teams, monitors overdue reviews, protects sensitive information, and supports process improvements.

Plans, directs, and coordinates projects within schedule and budget constraints. Leads and develops project teams, manages client communications and expectations, establishes work plans, coordinates personnel and resources, monitors project status and costs, adjusts schedules, resolves issues, and prepares reports. The role supports oil and fabrication projects and includes occasional visits to project work sites.
