Manage new customer implementation projects from initiation through completion. Lead meetings, coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders, track deadlines, resolve issues, schedule installations and resources, coordinate product delivery, provide project updates, delegate tasks, and improve implementation processes. The role is remote while maintaining Central or Eastern business hours.

Partners with business leaders to provide HR guidance on employee relations, onboarding, exits, engagement, retention, organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, compliance, and recruitment. Leads training and presentations, analyzes turnover data, supports organizational design, and contributes to People and Culture improvement projects across regional locations.

Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients in North Carolina by driving retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and satisfaction. Build account strategies, conduct KPI audits and quarterly business reviews, provide product education, support installations and implementations, and identify expansion opportunities. Collaborate with operations, sales, logistics, and finance teams while serving as the customer advocate and delivering strategic recommendations.
