Develop and oversee regional EHS strategies ensuring compliance, drive a safety culture, conduct audits, and lead training programs across sites.

Manage customer accounts in a defined Utah territory to improve safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance. Build relationships, conduct on-site training and audits, analyze KPIs, run consultative reviews, coordinate installs/implementations, and collaborate internally across operations, sales, logistics and finance to meet contract metrics and drive retention and growth.

Partner with operations leadership to lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, financial modelling and reporting. Build KPIs, dashboards and scenario plans, drive cost-reduction and working capital initiatives, support audits and compliance, analyze customer profitability, and provide on-site financial guidance across national locations to support scalable, profitable growth.
