Supports construction project managers with project setup, document control, scheduling updates, meeting coordination, RFIs, purchase orders, permits, subcontractor tracking, financial documentation, and job closeout. Maintains project records in platforms such as Procore and E-Builder, coordinates project communications, tracks deliverables and change orders, and helps compile warranties, inspection documents, punch lists, and training materials.
