Develop and execute DMSF’s marketing and communications strategy to increase public visibility and support its mission. Responsibilities include community outreach, digital communications, public and media relations, stakeholder messaging, storytelling, research, writing, editing, collateral design, print and digital production, website content management, and project management across donor, school, scholar, family, alumni, volunteer, and corporate audiences.

Leads a twice-monthly affinity group for high school scholars, facilitating curriculum, workshops, outings, and activities. Builds trusting relationships, supervises scholars, tracks attendance, enforces policies, communicates with staff and families, and reports on scholar development and concerns. The role also coordinates speakers and collaborates with other group leaders while managing an assigned program budget.
