Supports the CEO by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting preparation, partnership communications, follow-ups, leadership meetings, expenses, invoices, and event logistics. Serves as a professional point of contact for partners and internal leaders, handles confidential information, prepares executive materials, and coordinates work across multiple time zones. Requires a dance industry background, Central Time availability, strong organization, polished communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with dance studio owners and educators, identify partnerships and markets, represent DanceOne at events, manage the sales pipeline, forecast growth, provide field insights, and support client retention. The role requires extensive travel, public speaking, cross-functional collaboration, CRM proficiency, and occasional weekend work during event seasons.
