Lead production planning and execution for multiple national touring events and summer productions. Manage and mentor Production Managers and crews; oversee lighting, audio, video, staging, and rigging; develop schedules, staffing, equipment allocations, and budgets; coordinate vendors and departments; troubleshoot onsite issues; ensure safety and compliance; and serve as primary on-site production leader for assigned events.

Senior technology leader reporting to the CFO who defines and executes company-wide IT strategy, consolidates platforms, improves data governance, leads integrations and vendor selection, oversees IT operations/security, and partners with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Drive studio and partner growth by developing sales strategies, building relationships with studio owners and educators, representing the brand at events, maintaining a sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client experience and retention.
