Manage VAT compliance and reporting across EMEA, provide technical VAT guidance, monitor legislation changes, lead audits and inquiries, drive VAT process improvements, controls and automation, and liaise with external advisors and internal stakeholders.

Lead operational strategy and program execution across PMO, integration, capacity planning, and business continuity for multi-site life sciences manufacturing. Develop roadmaps, prioritize business cases, sponsor AI/data science and smart manufacturing initiatives, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive scalable growth and site-based operational programs.
