Manages and modernizes the company’s IT infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, storage, backups, endpoints, and cloud services. Designs, implements, troubleshoots, and secures infrastructure solutions; leads modernization, automation, AI tool adoption, and cybersecurity initiatives. Develops standards and documentation, manages vendors, mentors junior staff, and partners with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable technology.

Develops wholesale and retail accounts for an intimate apparel brand by securing new business, managing buyer and distributor relationships, presenting seasonal collections, overseeing sales from prospecting through order placement, attending trade shows, and achieving sales goals.

Supports wholesale accounts through order entry, tracking, returns, credit management, inventory reporting, transfers, and customer communication. Coordinates private-label orders, promotional initiatives, samples, catalogs, line sheets, showroom preparation, and sales meetings. Provides administrative support to Production and collaborates with sales, warehouse, marketing, and external wholesale partners to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
