Perform dealership accounting tasks including writing receipts, claiming Ford and Chrysler incentives and APRs, scanning WPI tickets, filing and remitting product contracts and cancellations (warranty, GAP, tire/wheel, credit life/disability, key), reconciling schedules, preparing weekly statements and commission reports, processing refunds and miscellaneous adjustments, and supporting customer GAP claims and service receivables.

Source used vehicles from the service drive, customer database, and community through outbound calls and field outreach. Conduct quick vehicle evaluations, coordinate appraisals with managers, complete purchase paperwork, and maintain accurate CRM records while representing the dealership professionally.
