Supports the Head Grower in greenhouse plant production by directing growers, managing watering and irrigation, mixing and applying fertilizers and pesticides, monitoring crop health, testing soil and water, maintaining greenhouse conditions, and training staff. The role requires hands-on horticultural expertise, supervision, safety leadership, and readiness to work rotational nights and weekends.

Supports greenhouse plant production by monitoring plant and soil conditions, watering and adjusting irrigation, scouting for pests, applying fertilizers and pesticides, preparing plants for shipment, maintaining equipment, and performing basic greenhouse maintenance. The role requires collaboration with growing staff, adherence to safety standards, physical work in warm and humid conditions, and potential weekend availability.

Supports all aspects of human resources, with emphasis on recruiting, employee relations, employee development, compliance, HRIS administration, payroll backup, benefits coordination, and employee documentation. The role partners with leaders and employees, manages recruiting initiatives including H-2A program coordination, maintains personnel records, interprets policies, and supports a positive workplace culture.

Leads daily greenhouse production operations, including planting-line management, scheduling, quality control, productivity tracking, inventory coordination, employee training, equipment safety, and production reporting. Works with growers and managers to develop planting plans, improve transplanter efficiency, maintain supplies, and provide employee feedback. The role requires hands-on leadership in a production or greenhouse environment and comfort with spreadsheets, calculations, communication, and physical work.
