Leads onboarding projects for new data services, capabilities, and domains within a Data Shared Service Centre. Coordinates business, operational, and technology stakeholders; manages plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and transitions into operations. Drives change management, communication, workshops, training, and adoption. Develops service procedures, KPIs, documentation, and onboarding standards while improving service quality and supporting broader Data and AI transformation initiatives.

Manage Damen Services accounts across Asia, serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating technical, logistical, commercial, and operational activities. Responsibilities include business development, developing service propositions, consulting on assignment specifications, stakeholder management, regional market analysis, business planning, and monitoring project execution. The role supports vessel sales through strong service performance and requires substantial experience managing complex accounts in a technical environment.

Supports new-build workboat projects by coordinating engineering, production, procurement, and shipyard activities. Monitors schedules, resources, quality, safety, and technical compliance; reviews drawings and specifications; prepares material and procurement requirements; conducts site inspections; resolves operational issues; and supports continuous improvement. Requires shipbuilding production experience and active work in a shipyard environment.
