Leads the design, standardization, auditing, and continuous improvement of piping manufacturing processes in a shipyard environment. Monitors KPIs, identifies root causes, reduces waste, improves workflow and resource utilization, implements quality controls, maintains process documentation, supports corrective actions, and provides technical guidance to production managers and supervisors. The role also identifies workforce training needs and ensures compliance with process, quality, and competency standards.

Lead multi-disciplinary shipbuilding projects for Damen Technical Cooperation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage engineering, supply chain and sometimes production activities; identify and mitigate risks; communicate status to stakeholders; hand over completed projects and follow warranty for product improvement; drive process and quality improvements across engineering, construction, and procurement.

The BI Report Developer analyzes data trends, organizes raw data, collaborates with business users for requirement gathering, and develops reports using analytics tools.
