Provides high-level executive support to the UK Managing Director, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, presentations, briefings, action tracking, stakeholder communication, and confidential information handling. Coordinates leadership meetings, board activities, business events, internal communications, town halls, and colleague engagement initiatives. Maintains Teams and SharePoint channels while monitoring priorities, projects, risks, and deadlines across the business.

Lead multi-channel performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate campaigns. Manage budgets and forecasts, analyze campaign performance, coordinate with agencies, shape audience strategy, brief creative, and drive continuous testing and optimization. Success is measured through customer acquisition, ROAS, revenue growth, conversion rate, customer lifetime value, and budget efficiency.

Supports range managers with administration, reporting, trading reviews, product selection, trend and competitor research, catalogue proofreading, product storytelling, and delivery issue resolution. Collaborates with marketing, creative, merchandising, product teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while completing a Level 4 apprenticeship and developing skills in fashion range planning.
