Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Scout, Daloopa’s AI-native analyst workflow product. Responsibilities include defining financial analyst workflows, partnering daily with engineering and design, evaluating AI output quality, conducting user discovery, improving engagement and retention, enabling go-to-market teams, and prototyping ideas. The role requires end-to-end ownership, technical judgment, strong user research, and experience shipping AI or complex workflow products in an early-stage environment.

Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing opportunities with buy-side investment firms. Manage senior and executive-level stakeholders, maintain Salesforce account records, identify buying processes, sell on value, and relay client feedback to marketing, sales, and product teams. Develop deep expertise in Daloopa’s AI-powered investment research platform and contribute directly to revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own and improve a global eight-person BDR team responsible for buy-side pipeline generation. Coach representatives, manage performance and KPIs, build inbound and outbound processes, partner with account executives and demand generation, develop promotion-ready talent, and report pipeline health and market feedback to the CRO. The role also creates playbooks, tooling, and accountability frameworks to increase qualified pipeline quality and team effectiveness.
