Leads onsite enterprise IT support across corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include managing support staff and escalations, endpoint administration, asset lifecycle management, mobile and telecommunications services, retail POS and warehouse technology, SOPs, executive support, and event-day technology operations. The role requires regular travel to regional retail locations and occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work.

Manages client relationships, custom promotional product projects, sourcing, quoting, and execution from request through delivery. Leads client meetings, coordinates with internal sourcing and production teams, maintains a book of business, develops existing accounts, tracks sales performance, achieves revenue and margin goals, and supports annual sales budgeting.

Leads the design, implementation, security, operation, and technical evolution of enterprise networks across stadiums, campuses, data centers, wireless environments, and other facilities. Owns Cisco networking, identity, segmentation, firewall, monitoring, and observability platforms; leads projects through cutover; supports live events and high-availability operations; resolves complex issues with vendors and Cisco TAC; and mentors network staff while maintaining standards, documentation, and security compliance.
