The Degree Audit Specialist reviews and resolves degree audit issues, processes requirement exceptions, verifies graduation eligibility, and confers degrees. The role maintains academic records, prepares graduation and honors lists, supports commencement and diploma processes, creates transfer guides, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements. It also collaborates with students, faculty, staff, pathway specialists, and other stakeholders to improve credential completion and student success.

Provides information and customer support to students, visitors, callers, and college stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Answers questions about admissions, enrollment, assessment, advising, and financial aid; directs individuals to appropriate resources; schedules rooms and coordinates event arrangements using 25Live. Maintains room-use databases, prepares reports, follows FERPA and institutional procedures, and delivers courteous service in a high-volume office environment.

Coordinates workforce and continuing education programs, including course development, scheduling, evaluation, outreach, student advising, instructor support, employer and community partnerships, reporting, budgeting, and off-campus training logistics. The role monitors enrollment and outcomes, maintains program records, supports curriculum enhancement, and ensures compliance with college policies and WIOA-related requirements.
