Lead and manage grant-funded projects from initiation through close: ensure compliance with funder and district requirements, develop proposals and budgets, coordinate stakeholders and community partners, track deliverables, prepare reports, train staff, and pursue sustainability and best-practice resource development.

Provide instructional leadership to improve student learning: develop curriculum and training materials, coach and evaluate faculty, deliver limited teaching, maintain records, build industry/community partnerships, supervise staff, manage budgets and supplies, and support student success in career-connected programs. Grant-funded position contingent on continued funding.

Provide library public services including instruction, reference, collection management, and information literacy teaching. Assist patrons with research, maintain reference and circulation areas, develop research guides, support faculty integration of library resources, supervise student workers, and participate in outreach and professional development to support student success.
