Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards. Analyze existing reports, capture requirements, develop report specifications, debug and resolve report issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams and Workday analysts, support lifecycle activities, and provide user escalation and support. Maintain best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative support for standardized testing: administer, monitor, score, record results, maintain test security and databases, troubleshoot basic lab equipment/software, coordinate off-site and distance testing, and prepare statistical reports.

Supervise and support administrative staff and assigned administrators by managing schedules, communications, records, projects, and performance evaluations. Coordinate travel, calendars, presentations, budgets, and stakeholder interactions while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
