Processes and posts student payments, reconciles cash drawers, maintains accounts receivable records, resolves discrepancies, monitors past-due accounts, and handles returned checks and payment plans. Provides customer service to students in person, by phone, and email while accurately managing cash and financial transactions. The role is on-site, may require extended hours during peak periods, and may support other campus locations.

Leads educational partnership programs with regional schools, managing dual-credit, Early College, P-TECH, and Collegiate Academy cohorts. Oversees orientation, enrollment, pathways, student transitions, graduation, summer bridge, engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with school districts, faculty, administrators, technology teams, and student-success staff to improve processes, develop programming, support career readiness, and ensure compliance with academic and partnership requirements.

Provides administrative and office support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, data entry, document preparation, filing, stakeholder communication, and policy-related assistance. The role handles confidential information, supports students, faculty, departments, and external entities, and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, judgment, and customer service skills. Work is on-site and split between the North Lake and Brookhaven campuses.
