Coordinates financial aid award packaging, eligibility determinations, verification, needs analysis, and compliance activities. Provides counseling and support to students and families, resolves award issues, monitors satisfactory academic progress, adjudicates appeals, conducts workshops, maintains records and databases, generates reports, and contributes to financial aid policies and process improvements.

Provides high-level administrative and technical support to administrators, including calendar and travel coordination, communications, records management, presentations, project leadership, budget monitoring, and office supply oversight. Supervises administrative staff, conducts performance evaluations, supports professional development, coordinates stakeholders, maintains confidentiality, and ensures compliance with organizational procedures.

Leads institutional, foundation, and external scholarship operations, including awarding, compliance, student communications, outreach, reporting, process improvement, and financial aid support. Supervises and develops staff, coordinates with campus and community stakeholders, manages scholarship records and reconciliations, resolves award issues, and supports student access to financial resources. The role also conducts outreach presentations at local schools and civic organizations and ensures compliance with federal, state, institutional, and donor requirements.
