Dallas College Benefits Overview

Provides library public services including information literacy instruction, reference assistance, research support, collection and resource management, database guidance, and student or faculty orientations. Supports patrons in locating and accessing information, maintains reference and circulation areas, develops research guides, trains work-study students, assists faculty with course integration, and participates in library programs, public relations, reporting, and professional development.

Process and post student payments, reconcile cash drawers, monitor and collect past-due accounts, resolve discrepancies, handle cash and returned checks, assist customers in person and by phone/email, maintain AR records and reports, and support assigned projects and college training requirements.

Retrieve, clean, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to support institutional research, planning, assessment, and decision-making. Coordinate data-gathering, conduct studies on enrollment and program effectiveness, produce reports and visualizations, manage research projects, and advise college leadership. Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and deliver customer-focused service across stakeholders.
