Leads enterprise software engineering strategy, architecture, development, modernization, and support for transit, customer-facing, and operational systems. Manages engineering teams, software delivery practices, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity compliance, AI initiatives, and application roadmaps. Oversees Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management while ensuring reliable, secure, scalable solutions. Provides mentoring, executive reporting, project oversight, and emergency technology support.
