Provide paralegal support to General Counsel and attorneys: manage open records requests, assist litigation (draft documents, calendar deadlines, oversee discovery), perform legal research and filings, schedule depositions, maintain case files, liaise with internal departments and external contacts, and prepare trial/hearing materials.

Develops and maintains bus schedules, vehicle blocks, driver runcuts, route patterns, running times, and scheduling data. Conducts field checks and analyzes passenger counts and traffic data to optimize service levels, connectivity, costs, and on-time performance. Calculates vehicle miles, hours, payroll impacts, and service costs; prepares reports, timetables, and documentation; coordinates with planning, operations, transportation, and marketing teams; responds to scheduling concerns; and coaches Schedule Analyst I staff.
