Teams at Dallas Area Rapid Transit

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Sr. VP & Chief Safety Officer, managing calendars, travel, confidential records, safety communications, regulatory filings, meetings (including Accident Review Board and Board meetings), tracking deadlines and action items, and supporting safety-related projects and events.

Lead and manage mobility capital construction projects including bus right-of-way infrastructure and transit facilities. Oversee consultants and contractors, manage scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, and stakeholder coordination. Prepare reports, negotiate contract changes, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President, managing confidential communications, calendars, travel, meeting minutes, agendas, reports, budget tracking, and coordination with senior leadership and the Board.
