Leads approximately three removal defense paralegals while managing a limited EOIR caseload. Oversees workloads, deadlines, hearings, audits, case progression, filings, client follow-up, attorney support, quality control, department systems, reporting, and SOP compliance. Handles complex removal defense matters including asylum, cancellation, detained cases, bond proceedings, motions, BIA matters, and individual hearing preparation. Works remotely on an Eastern Time schedule and provides senior-level support for urgent issues.

Own the front-end client acquisition process from lead intake through consultation, retention, payment follow-up, and handoff to case management. Monitor CRM data, lead response times, pipeline stages, consultations, sales KPIs, conversion rates, marketing ROI, and team accountability. Identify bottlenecks, improve follow-up and sales processes, oversee reception performance, maintain accurate Lawmatics records, and support remote sales operations during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective immigration clients, explain service options, enroll clients, and coordinate handoffs to the legal team. Manage follow-ups, onboarding, quality-control calls, CRM documentation, case filing organization, billable-hour tracking, and performance metrics. The role combines consultative sales, empathetic client care, intake administration, and ongoing communication with clients and management.
