Create and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs, and engineering drawings in SolidWorks. Perform design calculations, generate engineering change/new product requests, apply engineering standards and codes, review regulatory artwork, and support production/assembly details.

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of a manufacturing value stream to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget targets. Manage and develop shift supervisors, coordinate with maintenance, drive process improvements, report KPIs, and identify cost-control opportunities.
