Create and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs and engineering drawings in SolidWorks. Perform design calculations, process engineering change requests, apply engineering standards and regulatory artwork reviews for production and commercial products.

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of a manufacturing value stream to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and budget targets. Manage and develop shift supervisors, coordinate with maintenance, drive process improvements, report KPIs, and identify cost-control opportunities.
