Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve compliance, governance, operational resilience, and efficiency. Deliver the Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) programme and other optimisation initiatives via detailed plans, risk management, stakeholder engagement, audits, documentation, automation, benefits realisation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and measurable business improvements.

Deliver and maintain managed cloud and hybrid infrastructure for customers, owning 3rd/4th line incidents, DR/backup, SAN, hypervisor and networking issues. Provide automation, continuous deployments, technical leadership, mentoring, vendor liaison, occasional data-centre travel, on-call support and contribute to projects to improve platform reliability, security (SIEM/EDR) and SLA performance.

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating internally for seamless service delivery.
