Teams at Dairy Queen

Provides consulting, coaching, and operational guidance to Dairy Queen franchisees across a district. Develops business plans, improves sales, profitability, food safety, service, quality, cleanliness, and maintenance standards, and supports marketing, training, development, and supply chain initiatives. Builds relationships with franchise leadership, assists with store openings and reinvestment strategies, ensures policy compliance, and travels extensively for franchisee visits and meetings.

Advise and coach Dairy Queen franchisees and operations teams to improve sales, profitability, restaurant standards, customer experience, and compliance. Develop district and franchisee business plans spanning marketing, operations, training, development, and supply chain. Provide guidance on restaurant operations, financial health, marketing performance, renewals, new store openings, and franchisee relationships. Travel frequently for franchisee visits and meetings.
