Serve as the UK central point of contact for internal controls and quality, plan and manage the end-to-end ICS cycle, perform entity risk assessments and coverage testing, coordinate Control Framework Assessments, conduct quality audits of credit underwriting and customer service files, upload assessments into ICoM, liaise with auditors, and drive process improvements and standardisation.

Define business problems, build and validate ML PoCs, develop MVPs including data preparation and feature engineering, deploy predictive models to production, set up monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine models based on feedback and new data.

One-year, full-time Industry Based Learning placement supporting IT operations: provide on-site and remote end-user support, assist with device refreshes, user access administration, hardware rollouts, purchase orders and invoice processing, and support Applications and Infrastructure teams on projects and documentation updates.
