Leads process excellence, strategic execution, governance, compliance, and performance management across Procurement and Supply Chain. The role standardizes processes, drives continuous improvement and digitalization, develops strategic roadmaps, monitors KPIs, supports audits, and prepares leadership reporting. It requires strong knowledge of automotive procurement and supply chain processes, including APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, ISO standards, and VDA 6.3.

Manage industrial relations, labor-law compliance, union and government relationships, wage and bonus negotiations, industrial disputes, court proceedings, and workforce capability initiatives. The role supports a positive blue-collar work environment, tracks industrial-relations KPIs, represents the organization in forums, and ensures compliance with Indian labor regulations.

Plan and coordinate vehicle, system, component, and emissions certification across India and export markets. Prepare type-approval documentation, manage acceptance tests, liaise with technical services and regulatory authorities, evaluate product changes for certification impact, advise internal teams, and interpret new regulatory requirements for product decisions.
