Serve as the central PMO for procurement and supply chain transformations, establishing governance, aligning global stakeholders, stabilizing operations during transitions (including hypercare), coordinating procurement execution and supplier asset transfers, and driving change, compliance, documentation, and rapid issue resolution to ensure business continuity and supply stability.

Lead UK truck retail network strategy, optimise dealer coverage and performance, drive electrification readiness, deliver training and capability programmes, improve customer satisfaction, ensure franchise governance, and lead a high-performing team to support commercial transformation.

Provide L2 warranty support for automotive warranty claims, perform root cause analysis, manage change requests, build KPI dashboards, automate processes using scripting and AI, monitor ticket metrics, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and maintain knowledge base and documentation.
