Designs and develops bus chassis components and vehicle systems, ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance, performance, and cost objectives. Coordinates prototype assembly, product testing, validation, technical reporting, and body-builder integration visits. Resolves production and field issues and supports continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. The role also requires interpreting engineering drawings and BOMs, analyzing data, preparing assembly procedures, coordinating project activities, and communicating technical results in English.

Designs and develops truck ladder-frame components, cross-members, mounting brackets, and fifth-wheel structures. Collaborates with product, vehicle, validation, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and suppliers to define requirements, resolve validation and field issues, optimize cost and complexity, and support system quality. The role also develops test specifications, improves engineering processes, presents technical recommendations to executives, studies industry trends, and mentors engineers.

Owns international trade and tariff financial planning, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounting close, reconciliations, and executive reporting. Develops financial models for trade programs and tariff mitigation, supports recovery initiatives and audits, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and Trade Compliance. Defines reporting requirements, improves automation and data quality, and strengthens financial controls and governance.
