Manages supplier schedules and purchased-component availability for production and distribution operations. Uses EDI and ERP systems to adjust schedules, monitor inventory, identify supply risks, and resolve delivery issues. Coordinates material flow across suppliers, distribution centers, machining departments, and assembly plants in the U.S. and Mexico. Analyzes supply-chain performance, supports corrective actions, controls inventory and premium freight, and drives process improvements using lean and Six Sigma concepts.

Develops and maintains Power BI datasets, Tableau sources, dashboards, reports, data models, and DAX calculations for Supplier Quality. Transforms supplier data into accurate, executive-ready insights, metrics, and recommendations. Coordinates reporting projects, requirements, timelines, risks, and cross-functional action items. Provides user training and documentation while supporting data governance, validation, performance optimization, and management communications.

Supports channel and partner development through market research, business case analysis, KPI dashboards, partner evaluation, proposal creation, cross-functional coordination, and pilot execution. The intern researches channel models, analyzes customer and competitive landscapes, profiles potential partners, tracks initiatives, prepares executive materials, and develops onboarding and transition documentation. The role provides exposure to aftermarket services, connectivity products, dealer operations, finance, sales, marketing, and legal teams.
