Support and improve release management processes (FROP/BROP), maintain documentation, collect and analyze metrics, build dashboards and reports, support governance and stakeholder coordination, assist tool and workflow automation, and participate in continuous process improvement across engineering, product, and validation teams.

Drive global ownership of the Base Rollout Process (BROP) for software-defined vehicles: define governance, standards, and metrics; lead cross-functional release and compliance activities; implement continuous improvement, AI/automation, and scalable release practices across regions and platforms.

Manage the plant supply office: data entry, stocking, picking, inventory transactions in Navision, vendor communication, procurement documentation, SDS and vendor request coordination, and continuous improvement support. Maintain training, quality standards, and collaborate with accounting and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
