Support syndicated loan transactions across corporate and dealer portfolios by coordinating internal teams, agent banks, borrowers and participants. Maintain transaction records and reporting, assist credit analysis and settlement, support negotiation of credit agreements, manage lender relationships, and ensure compliance with syndication requirements and portfolio review processes.

Lead Procurement & Supply NPP team to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets for new product projects. Own procurement strategies, supplier readiness, project implementation, and tooling operations (including $25M annual tooling budget). Represent Procurement in executive steering forums, manage cross-functional readiness meetings, resolve launch issues, and drive tooling lifecycle, capacity reviews, and process improvements.

Lead development and integration of powertrain components for HV batteries and conventional engines for Class 8 vehicles. Act as liaison between production, assembly, quality, and global partners; perform NVH analysis, design for serviceability and manufacturability, support simulation, testing, homologation, CAD data translation, and engineering documentation. Manage change requests, deviation approvals, and supplier collaboration to ensure robust product and process outcomes.
