Leads electrical and mechatronic system integration for prototype and production vehicles, especially ADAS and telematics. Coordinates global engineering teams, suppliers, software and hardware changes, testing, homologation, production ramp-up, and project milestones. Owns automotive cybersecurity and software update management activities, including TARA, regulatory compliance, Chinese homologation, audits, documentation, testing, and supplier coordination.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end Internal Control System (ICS) cycle, perform entity-level risk assessments and control testing, conduct quality audits of credit and customer files, liaise with internal/external auditors, track remediation and approvals, and drive process improvements and standardisation across business and IT controls.

Lead Daimler Commercial Vehicles Indonesia as President Director, overseeing corporate strategy, governance, financial and operational performance, dealer partnerships, market growth, organizational development, compliance, and stakeholder relations. The role is accountable for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses’ brand strength, customer satisfaction, business planning, talent development, regulatory adherence, and coordination with regional and global headquarters.
