Supervise and coordinate press line production activities, enforce HACCP/GMP and safety policies, maintain production records and KPIs, train and coach employees, troubleshoot operations, support QMS/ERP and continuous improvement, and perform duties assigned by management.

Perform rotating production-line duties in bacon manufacturing including maintaining line speed, meeting quality/specifications, sanitation, recordkeeping, and cleaning. Follow safety, food-security, and departmental procedures. Work steady, fast-paced shifts with mandatory overtime and periodic Saturdays. On-the-job training provided; physical labor and lifting required.

Work on the bacon production line performing all stages of production: follow department procedures and safety/food-security guidelines, meet line speed and quality specifications, maintain counts and records, perform sanitation and cleaning, minimize scrap, and lift/move heavy items. Shift includes weekdays with mandatory Saturdays and overtime.
