Leads the organization’s human resources strategy, partnering with executives and operational leaders on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, policies, and organizational change. Oversees core HR programs, HR systems, reporting, and employee communications while developing the HR team and strengthening culture, engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness across hospitality operations.

The Talent Manager leads full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, talent pipelines, hiring events, employee referrals, and recruiting partnerships across hospitality businesses. They collaborate with hiring managers, community organizations, universities, Marketing, and the People Team to attract diverse talent and support employee lifecycle needs. Responsibilities also include exit interviews, turnover analysis, retention recommendations, and recruiting program improvement. The role is primarily onsite in New York.

Serves as the on-site HR partner for Boston restaurant and bar operations, supporting culture, performance management, employee relations, talent retention and development, compliance, training, recruitment, benefits, and payroll inquiries. The role leads investigations, accommodations, workers’ compensation, leave management, employment-practices audits, and policy implementation while partnering with operational leaders and the New York home office.
