Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, and continuously improving production processes, equipment, tooling, plant layouts, and manufacturing systems. The role leads capital projects, Kaizen and lean initiatives, new product introductions, process troubleshooting, quality improvements, SPC, corrective actions, vendor coordination, and technical support. Requires cross-functional collaboration, data analysis using SQL and Power BI, and knowledge of CNC, robotics, and press brake programming.

Serves as the technical lead at a customer site, resolving complex equipment and system malfunctions, coordinating repairs, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment reliability. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, develops QA procedures, trains and mentors field service engineers, prepares maintenance and downtime reports, and represents the company in customer meetings. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, safety awareness, and technical leadership skills.

Provides first-line customer support for software and system issues through phone, email, and ticketing channels. Performs basic troubleshooting, documents cases, gathers diagnostic information, resolves common issues, and escalates complex incidents. Communicates status and next steps clearly, follows support workflows and service-level guidelines, participates in training, and contributes to knowledge-base improvements.
