Oversees resident care operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality nursing care. Manages wellness policies, medication administration, infection control, staffing, training, documentation, and coordination with medical and food service staff. Acts as the community lead in the Executive Director's absence and participates in admissions and budgeting.
