Directs resident wellness and nursing operations in a senior living community. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, managing medication administration, maintaining infection control and care documentation, coordinating diets and medical communication, developing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting resident admissions, and overseeing community operations when executive leadership is absent. An active LPN or RN license, healthcare experience, supervisory experience, geriatric care knowledge, and dementia training are required.
